Bedrooms

In standard configuration the Villa sleeps 10 adults in 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If more accommodation is needed the Cantina can also be configured as a bedroom to sleep an additional 2-3 guests.

Kitchens

There are two fully equipped kitchens. The main kitchen on the first floor and a summer kitchen for the garden. The summer kitchen is mobile so you can choose where you would like to eat in the garden in the summer depending on your mood, the weather, wind direction etc.

Dining Room

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen on the first floor. The dining room table is normally set for 8-10 but can be extended to accommodate up to 14 diners.

Upper Terraces

There are two terraces on the first floor adjacent to the Dining Room. The West Terrace is equipped with two marble tables to enable up to 8 guests to eat outside. The East Terrace is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers for reading and relaxation.

Living Room

The Living Room is on the first floor. A light and airy space in summer it becomes a snug hideaway when the stove is lit in winter. It has a spectacular traditional beamed roof and french windows giving access to the East Terrace.

Cantina (Old Winery)

The Cantina is a flexible space which can be used as a quiet room for reading or relaxation. Or as a games/TV room. Or as a cinema. Or even as a disco/party room with full disco lights and smoke machine.

Alternatively it can be set up to provide an additional bedroom for 2-3 guests.

Garden

The Front Garden

The front garden provides a shaded airy space for sitting out or entertaining. There’s an extensive iron pergola which once was once festooned with climbing roses. This has recently been overhauled and is now being replanted. This is the area where the Ricevuto family traditionally entertained their guests.

Boules Court

To the West of the Villa is a traditional French boules court. A great way to relax in the evening with friends.

Old Laundry

Just off the front garden is the Old Laundry, a covered space which looks rather like the stable at Bethlehem. This provides a lovely secluded spot to read and relax with a gin and tonic (made with lemons from the garden, of course!).

E bikes

Go exploring on our free e bikes during your stay. There are plenty of beaches, bars and restaurants within easy reach by bike, but the gradients round here are steep so we think you’ll appreciate the motorised assistance.

Pamper yourself!

Our friends at Parco degli Aroma offer a wide range of treatments including body scrubs, facials, reflexology and, of course, every kind of massage. They also have a very lovely pool with spectacular views of Monte Cofano and the Gulf of Bonagia.
